Role Overview

As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' digital marketing initiatives, driving traffic, boosting sales, and enhancing brand awareness. You'll excel at implementing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads (Paid Search and Display), Facebook Ads via Business Manager, and other popular platforms. In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will possess expertise in SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, and E-mail Marketing. A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, ranging from creative ideation to meta-search inventory marketing, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with digital strategists to plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, encompassing SEM, SEO, Social Media, email, and display advertising.

Assist in managing day-to-day digital production, including campaign budgets and schedules.

Analyze existing and new client digital positions, providing recommendations to improve performance and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize results.

Craft and optimize compelling ad copy aligned with clients' marketing goals, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.

Coordinate with the web development and design team to enhance user experience and create conversion-driven landing pages.

Proactively support SEO initiatives, seeking continuous improvement and implementing new strategies.

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and optimize ad spend and performance based on results.

Effectively communicate with clients, providing clear explanations of strategies and results through reports and visual presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing. Agency experience is a plus. Extra consideration given to candidates with experience in the Travel and Hospitality industry.

Proficiency in crafting and optimizing ad copy aligned with clients' marketing goals.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and MOZ.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of implementing pixels, with experience in Google Tag Manager being advantageous.

Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and other advertising channels is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Data Studio.

This is a full-time position based in our creative studio in Coconut Grove.
