Job Description

  • Develop and maintain activation plans for all eCommerce platforms across demand generation & demand capture tactics including media, couponing, and merchandising execution
  • Contribute heavily to SVG’s overall eComm marketing strategy across customers/platforms
  • Own eComm Budget planning, tracking, and invoicing partnering with UL and SVG stakeholders
  • Collaborate with CMI to generate actionable insights for SVGs current & future consumer base
  • Represent eComm as a member of Brand Lab, bridging the gap between marketing strategy and execution, developing strong brand stories for the consumer that deliver on our financial and social goals
  • Support the team to achieve marketing and sales objectives on eCommerce accounts through execution of annual customer business plans
  • Effectively utilize the Seventh Generation, Unilever, and key analytical tools and processes to drive insights and results
  • Own the customer marketing relationship, providing activation analysis and consumer insights to customers and customer teams
  • Champion process improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate recurring tasks
  • Successfully work with cross functional eCommerce team and further build out knowledge base within Seventh Generation, including our Professional and new brand business units

Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • BS/BA with 4+ years of relevant analytical or strategic marketing experience
  • Top-notch organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills – able to analyze data and sales information and translate results into action or insight
  • Excellent communication and effective writing skills, especially when communicating directly with customers
  • Self-starter who is ready to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with briefing, internet/e-commerce concepts, standards, practices and language
  • Strong organizational and project management experience to drive for deadlines
