Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Marketo, including copywriting, formatting, designing layouts, managing lists, and ensuring timely delivery
- Strategize and execute targeted campaigns through digital advertising, email, and content syndication to attract and engage prospects and clients
- Manage Ontic webinars, including content creation, preparation, and execution
- Develop program launch kits for sales education and adoption
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics across programs and channels, providing insights for optimization
- Write copy and develop design briefs for paid advertising channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Align with the Revenue Marketing team on strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and enhance campaign execution
- Ensure campaigns adhere to marketing best practices and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member
- Experience with sales outreach platforms (like Outreach or Salesloft) and sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, etc) is a plus
