The Role The Marketing Manager - Digital will be a full-time role reporting to the Director of Marketing, based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the digital strategy (along with the Director of Marketing) and drive its execution. Working with various specialist agencies and other marketing team members, this role will cover the full spectrum of digital marketing including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email marketing and website enhancements and management. This role is suitable for an individual with over 3 years of digital marketing experience gained within a financial services business. The responsibilities include: * Development and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns including marketing automation, email, ABM, search and programmatic * In liaison with Web agency, maintaining and updating company’s website content and materials across the website * Managing relationships with 3rd party media providers and content distributors across core regions to deliver advertising and content campaigns * Work with agencies to implement PPC and SEO for company and its products/ strategies * Work with Social Media Manager to devise and execute the Social media strategy and company’s social content across LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube; oversee creation, publication and audience development * Working with CRM Specialist, develop marketing dashboards and production of marketing analytics reports; regularly reviewing Google as well as internal marketing dashboards to educate and improve on future digital campaigns * Working with agencies and clients to oversee production, translation and distribution of digital marketing documentation and content * Working with agencies and clients to produce digital advertising copy and creative * Managing digital service provider relationships * Monitoring marketing budgets * Stay up to date on latest digital marketing trends and technologies and ensure company is correctly leveraging new opportunities * Get involved in all aspects of the marketing mix and other company requirements as required

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience of digital marketing in a B2B environment in asset management, professional services, financial services or agency serving these sectors
  • Experience with Google dashboard
  • Experience managing/ reviewing PPC campaigns with agency input
  • Experience with CRM and CMS platforms preferable, not necessary
  • Experience delivering multi-media, multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Experience in HTML, website design or website creation a bonus (not necessary)
  • Confident user of main social platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
  • Demonstrable ability to create campaigns that deliver increased traffic, engagement and conversions
  • French, Italian or German language skills a bonus
