Job Description

  • Support the development of project plans and timelines for specific event-related activities.
  • Assist with stakeholder management and communication.
  • Contribute to the creation of briefing materials and presentations.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Support delegate management activities, such as mailbox management, communication and logistics coordination.
  • Escalate any emerging issues to senior team members, such as the Project Juniper workstream lead or PMO.
  • Assist with triaging and delegating queries
  • Support the preparation of pre- and post-event reports.
  • Provide support to the onshore PMO team with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Postgraduate, preferably an MBA in marketing or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in event support or project coordination.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Passion for and understanding of the Deloitte brand and professional services.
  • Experience of working in professional services / multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in digital channels, including email marketing, website content, and social media (preferred)
  • Experience in project management tools and Salesforce (preferred).
