Job Description
- Support the development of project plans and timelines for specific event-related activities.
- Assist with stakeholder management and communication.
- Contribute to the creation of briefing materials and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Support delegate management activities, such as mailbox management, communication and logistics coordination.
- Escalate any emerging issues to senior team members, such as the Project Juniper workstream lead or PMO.
- Assist with triaging and delegating queries
- Support the preparation of pre- and post-event reports.
- Provide support to the onshore PMO team with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Postgraduate, preferably an MBA in marketing or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in event support or project coordination.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Passion for and understanding of the Deloitte brand and professional services.
- Experience of working in professional services / multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in digital channels, including email marketing, website content, and social media (preferred)
- Experience in project management tools and Salesforce (preferred).
