What you will do

Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues reported by our users.

Isolate and identify issues outside own application/platform

Deploy changes on the Production systems

Creating and implementing automations for repetitive tasks.

Deep dives into technical issues to find root cause of high impact problems.

Ensure system is available for our users.

Provide input to Development teams on application supportability and architecture.

You will bring

Solid understanding and hands-on experience on most of these technologies: Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Python.

Ability to deploy and maintain applications in Cloud Environments or on Virtual Machines.

Knowledge of Web Application Development or Troubleshooting.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to handle difficult situations with Customer/Users.

Skills to coach and guide other team members to improve team’s technical competence.

Completed MS Azure or an AWS Certification.
