Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive risk frameworks that address Credit, Market, or Liquidity risks within the lending context.
• Understand and help implement risk frameworks within the overall Risk Appetite Framework
• Work closely with the Portfolio Managers, Treasury, Risk Managers, Finance and O&T.
• Utilize Java, Python, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies to build scalable and efficient risk management solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of risk management solutions with existing lending platforms and systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Risk Solutions topics, advising stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, with a focus on Credit, Market, Treasury or Liquidity risk within the lending industry.
• Knowledge of financial products, pricing methodologies, risk management, Basel/CCAR regulatory requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-native development methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex risk scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
