Responsibilities
Lead from the front, manage, coach and mentor a team of SMB Account Executives & Account Managers
Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
Assist the team throughout their sales cycle for different product and service offerings
Create a cohesive cross functional environment supporting functions in region
Develop an internal and external candidate pipeline
Requirements
6+ years of Sales experience, with min. 2 years proven sales management experience across the ASEAN region
Experience leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in SMB
Ability to lead from the front and be hands-on to get deals across the line
Strong Sales operational skills - SFDC reporting, forecasting and data analysis
Excellent structured communication and relationship management skills
Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
