Job Description:

• Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Candidate should have Good Apex Debugging skills.
• Basic Aura / LWC debugging knowledge is required.
• Good knowledge in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud is required
• Good knowledge & Handson on ITIL workflow.
• Support to the users to help them resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.
• Create documentation and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
