Job Description
What Will You Do
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Brands, understanding their advertising needs and objectives for your assigned categories
- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the e-commerce sector
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the categories assigned to you
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement to clients and internal teams
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brands satisfaction
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management & Brands on the frequency aligned
- Training & Development: Mentor junior KAMs and assist in training initiatives as needed to achieve the Team goals
- Building, Training and Managing a team of Account Managers associated with growing advertisers' accounts
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or digital advertising
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, Negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of digital advertising trends and best practices
- Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and strategies
