Key Responsibilities:

Pan-Alternatives Marketing Support

Manage client and prospect communications

Assist in preparing marketing presentations

Conduct market research

Assist in the implementation of new marketing strategies and cost analysis

Maintain information in our CRM system

Event Planning & Logistics

Planning events across EMEA

Plan event invite campaigns, organize recipient lists, and track responses

Arrange post-event analysis and follow-ups

Coordinate road shows

Qualifications: 

Experience in marketing, event planning, or client advisory support within the alternative investment industry

Strong organizational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude

Familiarity with CRM systems (Backstop preferred)

Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
