Lead Operations
- Manage lead tracking and reporting systems to monitor the progress and effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and timely routing of leads to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up.
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize lead quality, and improve lead conversion rates.
Desired Experience
- Overall 3-5 yrs experience in B2B SaaS company.
- At least 3-5 years experience in marketing operations, MarTech, or related roles.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM Tools; Mailchimp and Salesforce is preferred. Exposure in SQL, Google Analytics will be a plus.
- Knowledge of working with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn, etc.
- Structured thinking, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data.
- Be able to multitask, prioritise, rapidly iterate, and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with non-congruent timelines.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data management platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
