and deep understanding in software engineering, operations, and cloud with a focus on automation, scalability, and efficiency.

Job Summary: As Platform Engineering Technology Lead you will be responsible for building and maintaining the platform engineering product using cloud

native tools. You will work closely with the development teams to implement best practices, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)

pipelines.

What You Will Do

• Lead Platform Architecture and Design: Spearhead the creation and refinement of the platform engineering product’s architecture, ensuring scalability, robustness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Champion Technology Best Practices: Promote and implement automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native tools to optimize platform efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure Architectural Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to Ericsson’s target architecture and guidelines, maintaining high standards of consistency and performance.
• Drive Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and achieve project goals.
