What you can expect in the role:
- Develop and execute the strategy for optimizing on-site personalized product recommendation components to drive conversion and revenue outcomes for the business
- Working with ecommerce and product teams to explore opportunities to introduce new personalisation modules on the site, complimenting existing in-house personalisation slots
- Managing cross sell and upsell placements to drive order value and conversion
- Working with ecomm and merchandise teams to optimize rules for cross sell and bundling components
- Building new components as part of campaign experiences on site to drive campaign personalisation
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience managing on-site personalisation tools such as RichRelevance Strong understanding of personalisation algorithms
- Experience in using eCommerce Platforms
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and experience analyzing search performance data.
- Commercial acumen, particularly in a retail sense
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Retail experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
