Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Brands, understanding their advertising needs and objectives for your assigned categories
Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the e-commerce sector
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the categories assigned to you
Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement to clients and internal teams
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brands satisfaction
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management & Brands on the frequency aligned
Training & Development: Mentor junior KAMs and assist in training initiatives as needed to achieve the Team goals
Building, Training and Managing a team of Account Managers associated with growing advertisers' accounts
Leading and motivating the team to deliver on business goals. Be accountable to meet business goals for their function
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or digital advertising
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, Negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of digital advertising trends and best practices
Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and strategies
