We are looking for a Social Media Geek!
Brand Studio is a Creative Communication Agency catering to the Atlas Copco Group. We provide creative services to all companies and brands under the Atlas Copco umbrella worldwide. Our main customers are located in Europe however we work with companies on all continents and in most time zones. Our current portfolio spans 25+ brands.
We are looking for a Social media strategist who can help drive the social media activities and campaigns for the Atlas Copco Group. As a Social media strategist, you’d be responsible to develop, execute and measure performance of the social media campaigns. Increase the organizations social media engagement and drive web traffic which improves the marketing and sales efforts. You’ll be working closely with multiple stake holders within the Atlas Copco Group.
What you will do (but are not limited to):
- Ability to develop, implement and manage social media strategies and campaigns.
- Define social media KPIs and define short term goals to help achieve the objectives.
- Manage, observe and provide feedback on the social media content going live.
- Prepare reports that give insights to the performance of the social media campaigns and the overall channel.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and the best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and how they effect the current social media trends.
- Ability to manage social media management tools – e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social or any similar tool.
- Engage in trainings and programs to upskill.
- Work with teams - copywriters, designers, account managers to ensure the content being published is as per the brand guidelines, is informative, and appealing.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders within or outside the organization.
- Monitor social SEO to identify keyword trends and how they enable growth.
- Come up with ways to increase engagement on the organization's social media platforms.
- Manage multiple social media channels and platforms in parallel.
- Create, Manage, Optimize and Measure Paid campaigns on social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Communicate within the organization, as well as outside of the organization (With Industry professionals and influencers) to create a strong marketing network.
- Prepare social media performance Dashboards to judge effectiveness.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in social media management. (Preferably B2B)
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or any equivalent course/ certification or gained experience through work
- Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. (Additional knowledge on WhatsApp Business is add-on)
- Proven experience of building and executing social media campaign.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience in researching target audience and creating customer personas for building a relevant audience.
- Good at understanding social media trends.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and setting up KPIs.
- Familiarity with Web design, user experience, and publishing.
