Key Activities

• Assessing the client's systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Align with experience design team to translate experience requirements into technical execution.
• Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
• Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Liaise with client's technical team and external SI to provide updates on product development processes.
  
  

Expected Capabilities & Experience:

Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design. Visually creating solution diagrams with advanced notation/documentation.

Project management experience to manage and train staff for software projects and computer architecture projects in a team environment.

Producing robust, efficient and competitive solution delivery estimates (against RFP requirements or using industry best practices and innovative thinking) – solution components, team compositions (Wipro RLS process/format), pricing team liaison/challenge.

Strong awareness and interest in Experience Design and working with design professionals to create user/customer centric solutions and innovation. Some areas of awareness and self-learning include – Design Thinking, Human/User Centred Design, UX Design, UI Design, Service Design, Journey Mapping, Wireframing/Prototyping. Note the expectation is to be familiar with the above and to be able to work with and converse with designers, not to be an actual designer.

Strong awareness and interest in Experience Technology such as:

• Workflow & LCNC Platforms (MS PowerApps, PEGA, ServiceNow)
• DXP & CMS (Adobe, Liferay, headless, opensource options etc)
• CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc)
• API Gateways/Integrations/Economy
• React JS, Java, HTML, C/C#/.Net, Git, DevOps, AWS, Azure
• iOS, Android, Huawei Harmony OS.
  
  

Strong awareness and interest in emerging technologies that impact/enhance experience, such as AI (ChatGPT, Google AI etc), Metaverse/XR (Spatial, Unreal, Unity, Builder, Open3D/GL etc).

Strong awareness and interest in ongoing industry trends, key players/partners, competitor activity and startup ecosystem.
