Job Description
- Plan, execute and measure marketing strategies, promotions and annual plans for a customer or specific channels to help achieve business objectives.
- In collaboration with the sales, marketing, and commercial team, align marketing initiatives with channel value propositions, plans and goals and ensure the brand and products support the customer and resonate with the consumer.
- Act as a project manager ensuring timely execution of key customer or channel initiatives based on priorities established through the business planning process.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of customer priorities to help identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing & Innovation ecosystem to uncover category and consumer insights, create meaningful innovation and support key customers with strong go-to-market strategies.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business related or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Experience in brand management
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience in Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging directly with customers
- Experience executing consumer, channel or customer specific campaigns and promotions
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely projects within budge guidelines
- Experience working in the Agriculture, Food or Manufacturing industry
