Hi everyone, my name is Thokozani Dlamini.
I'm a passionate IT professional with experience in both systems and network administration, and more recently, data analysis. I'm excited to be here today to talk a bit about my background and what I believe makes a remote team successful.
In my previous role as a systems and network administrator, I honed my skills in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks. I also developed a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices to keep data safe.
More recently, I've been diving into the world of data analysis. This field allows me to combine my technical skills with my curiosity to uncover insights hidden within data. I find it incredibly rewarding to translate complex data sets into actionable information that can drive positive change.
Now, let's talk about remote teams. In today's digital world, remote work is becoming increasingly common. While it offers flexibility and a wider talent pool, it also presents unique challenges.
In my opinion, what makes a remote team truly good boils down to three key ingredients:
Gender | Male |
Age | 35 |
Salary | 25,000 - 30,000 |
Address | PO Box 6149 |
