• IT User Support, including,
- identifying, investigating, and resolving user’scomplaints and concerns
- troubleshooting technical issues and complex accountconfigurations
- Handling support queries via email, telephone andpersonal contact
- Independently resolving technical support issues
- Maintaining copy machines, hardware, printers,laptops
- Repairing and upgrading old installed systems,configuring new system - Installing and maintaining softwareand antivirus
• SAP Business One Database User Support
- Installing and maintaining SAP Business one
- Providing troubleshoot and configuration support onclient desktop
- Creating, adding, updating data on SAP BusinessOne
- Running SAP Queries for clients and audit
- Running SAP Business One reports
• Looking after the document scanning andarchiving system, KODAK capture PRO
- Installing and configuring Kodak capture PROsoftware
- Troubleshooting Kodak capture pro technical errors
- Overseeing the switch from paper to electronic recordkeeping
- Ensuring the data is protected and backed up
- Ensuring data is easily accessible when needed
- Dealing with enquiries and requests for informationfrom both eternal and external clients
- Providing training to staff who require access or haveresponsibility for maintaining records
• Proving reports to the IT Manager and otherdepartments heads
• Maintaining inventory of computer hardware andsoftware
• Getting and negotiating quotations fromsuppliers
• Monitoring the loading sheet system for theinvoices
