Job Description

  • Pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and consultations to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Social Media Sales & Marketing enablement, performance, and insight & optimization. Such as marketing strategy, marketing & customer analytics, customer experience management and interaction, marketing operations & platforms, and innovation.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.
