Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison between marketers and the digital growth team to manage KPMG marketing campaigns from end to end.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to gather annual campaign requirements, ensuring completeness for submission to KPMG Engage (Sales Cloud) and the intake request platform.
• Understand the Digital Growth team's resources (web, social, email, creative) necessary to meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with National Digital Growth Leads to manage resources effectively across campaigns.
• Create and manage workback schedules to ensure campaign deliverables meet service level standards.
• Maintain a centralized repository of campaign documents and communication channels through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project.
• Lead weekly scrums to monitor the progress of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines for deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with the Data & Analytics National Lead to acquire data and report findings to stakeholders post-launch.
• Serve as the campaign process ambassador, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
• Manage and provide support for the internal intake request platform (Digital Growth Hub).

• Proven record of operational excellence in project management, with experience in campaign management tools.
• Track record of managing multiple projects successfully, balancing various deadlines and stakeholders.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns/projects.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is an asset.
• Experience with project management tools such as Azure and Microsoft Project is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps and Power BI is an asset.
