Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth in the overseas education sector, specifically targeting B2B agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B agents, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B agents in the target market, expanding the network and increasing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events targeting B2B agents.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to B2B agents and their clients.
  • Stay updated with changes in international education policies, visa regulations, and other relevant industry updates, and communicate these changes to B2B agents.
  • Train and educate B2B agents on the services, processes, and benefits of partnering with our organization.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and expand the network of B2B agents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field. A masters degree would be a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the overseas education industry or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of the overseas education domain, including universities, courses, admission processes, and visa regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with B2B agents and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
