Job Description

The Operations Assistant will support the company’s daily operations by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring team productivity. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining operational reports.
  • Tracking invoices, correcting errors, and keeping accurate financial records.
  • Sending invoices and reminders to clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Monitoring and scheduling company van services and maintenance.
  • Communicating with other staff members to provide updates and send required reports.
  • Tracking tasks assigned to team members and following up on completion.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operational activities to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Proactively communicating with management through Slack (proficiency is a plus).
  • Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while supporting all departments.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
