  • Handling technical support, product demos, and customer training
  • Gathering requirements, responding to RFIs, and following up with prospects
  • Delivering accurate, timely solutions to customers
  • Being proficient in offering phone-based support to international customers

Pre-requisites:

  • Strong communication skills with experience of at least six months in a client-facing role
  • Open to relocation
