Firstsource Walkin Drive for Freshers – Responsibilities
Handle inbound chats from international customers related to banking services such as accounts, cards, transactions, digital banking, and general queries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly within defined service levels.
Escalate complex queries to higher-level support or relevant departments, following escalation protocols.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Follow compliance guidelines, data privacy rules, and quality standards as per banking regulations.
Document each chat interaction and maintain accurate logs using CRM tools or internal systems.
Stay updated with product knowledge, service updates, and new policies of the bank.
Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction (CSAT), average handling time (AHT), and first contact resolution (FCR).
