Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of writers, ensuring they adhere to SOP (quality standards and meet deadlines).
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members for skill development and performance improvement.
2. Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement efficient work-flows for writing/Projects, editing, and proofreading.
- Streamline processes to enhance productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce content quality standards and guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with writers/ Experts to provide constructive feedback and implement improvements.
4. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and Customer Support, to ensure content aligns with requirements provided.
- Coordinate project deliveries, priorities, and resource allocation for optimal project delivery.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
