· Assist in the creation and preparation of Insight Packs, by researching relevant learnings and insights from win/loss debrief database, sector/account deep dives, and competitor intel.
· Implement and support continuous improvements to the Pursuit Lifecycle operations processes.
· Lead Operational Activities for Pursuit Lifecycle Opportunities: reporting, operational support of Tigers, Core team and SELs as needed.
· Support training materials updates based on business needs to continue educating our PMDs & SMs on the pursuit lifecycle process
· Drive analysis on Metrics to measure the value of process activities
· Support PL special project by collaborating with Core Team members and SELs
· Ad hoc support of Pursuit Lifecycle SEL and Tiger Team activities
· Flexible and adaptable to change
· Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels (e.g., staff through leadership)
· Learn and support team with the standardized reports and process

· Finance or related background
· Experience analyzing large data sets to produce clear, insightful, and concise executive level reports
· Exposure and experience using Jupiter either in client service or internal facing roles / exposure to CRM technology
· Experience in financial modeling or data science desired, but not required
· Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel (expertise with pivots, v-lookups, advanced formulas, etc.); Ability to write and edit Macros is an advantage
· Experience with visualization tools like Tableau is desired, but not required
· Experience with Java Script & HTML is desired, but not required
· Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills.
