- Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated male candidate to join their Channel Sales Team.
- The role will allow you the opportunity to represent our brand and be the face of Furlenco to our new customers and channel partners.
- The Channel Sales team is responsible for customer acquisition by building a strong broker network who passes on leads of potential customers.
- In the last year since its launch, the Channel Sales team has done extremely well and contributes to 30-40% of overall Furlenco’s revenue and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities For Sales Executive/ Officer
- You will be responsible for growing Furlencos customer base through the real estate broker channel.
- The role can be divided into three major segments: Market Research, Business Development, and Sales
- Market Research: Identity, build a strong network of real estate brokers of an allocated area and develop partnerships with them.
- Business Development: Regularly visiting the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong network.
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners.
- Interact with the leads on call to convert.

Required Skills For Candidate
- Have experience of 0-3 years in Real estate corporate sales/ corporate property management
- Speak fluent Kannada
- Own a Two wheeler
- Be comfortable with a field role.
