Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist — Evening Shift (5 pm – 9 pm)
Join our toddler-focused football coaching centre in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. You’ll greet parents and children, manage calls/WhatsApp, issue fee receipts, keep attendance and equipment logs, and coordinate with coaches on schedule updates. Work Monday–Friday plus every alternate Saturday. A friendly, organised personality and basic computer skills are a must. Salary ₹8 k – ₹10 k per month (fixed). Immediate start.
Responsibilities
Welcome parents, toddlers, visitors, and coaches at reception Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries Maintain attendance sheets and issue printed/digital fee receipts Update session schedules and promptly communicate changes Track basic inventory of training gear and office supplies Perform light clerical duties (filing, photocopying, data entry) Keep the reception area neat and child-friendly
Qualification
Minimum 12th pass (HSC); diploma/degree in administration, sports management, or similar is a plus Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Experience Requirements
6 months – 2 years in front-desk, admin, or customer-facing roles (education, sports, healthcare, or hospitality preferred). Energetic freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
