Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance, preferably new business and Renewal for US/Canada market and team leading experience with a span of not less than 10-20 FTEs
Proactive communication across all levels to ensure Zero Surprise operations and thought leadership to build an impact and help organization meets its goals
Maintaining and measuring the performance of processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness matrix and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements
Driving continuous operational improvements thereby delivering YOY efficiency benefit to the customer and improving customer happiness levels
Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience
Directly responsible for its people, their growth, engagement, and retention and framing work direction and plan for the associates after detailed assessment of their capabilities.

Minimum qualifications
Graduate with any degree
Preferred qualifications
Preparing & presenting all weekly/monthly MIS reports and scorecards pertaining to process and efficiency.
Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally
High customer service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent statistical knowledge
Highly motivated and achievement oriented
