Skill Set :

1. Building JIRA stories and developing requirements.
2. Experience working with development teams independently
3. Ability to help lead daily stand ups for an Agile squad when required.
4. BA will end up working on client facing reports, so experience with that would be a plus.
5.  Production Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit
6. Strong coordination & liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.
7. Aware about IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API)
8. Strong Experience in writing SQL queries
9. Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
10.  Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
11. Data Analysis & Data Migration experience .
