•Lead and manage a team of 11 -13 team members and ensure all processes are conducted according to company policies and client requirements
•Review verification reports for accuracy and completeness, implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding verification inquiries, providing updates and addressing concerns
•Identify inefficiencies in the verification process and develop strategies to enhance workflow and productivity.
•Ensure appropriate production problem records opened, monitored and closed
•Ensure processing deadlines are met
•Escalates/ communicates promptly to the supervisors on any system disruption or missed SLAs
•Has a complete understanding on the verification process
•Coaching & mentoring new team members on verification procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
