Key Responsibilities

• Has good technical background in testing or test management, test automation and lab/HW handling
• Knowledge of end-to-end testing of mobile networks, including User Equipment (UE), eNodeB, gNodeB, and EPC/5G Core.
• Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git for continuous testing and deployment.
• Experience in working and cooperate inside international projects and teams
• Has Lean and Agile knowledge and skills, drives continuously mentor and innovation
• Like to work with people, networking, facilitation skills. Has teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent technical communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient English
• Has the possibility to travel
• Technical background is of advantage in Kubernetes, Python, routing protocols
• Good communication skills

Tasks:

• Lead a small test team including both local and consultancy persons
• Over time , build up a local team for EP5G  / PCN system testing
• Define and drive tasks of consultancy companies, take the lead of India based consultancies
• Mentor the team on test strategy, test automation and driving for efficiency in test and Lab set-up
• Propose and drive improvements to test WoW and Test strategy proactively
