What Your Bring
7-12 years as a Product or UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS, consumer app, or enterprise software company, with a strong portfolio showcasing professional interaction design. Experience working in large, geographically dispersed product-driven environments.
Expertise in designing web and native mobile (iOS and/or Android) experiences, AI-powered products and features, and applying user-centered design (UCD) principles.
Skilled in writing design specifications, narratives, and annotations, including accessibility considerations for web and mobile, and proficient in standard UX tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Deep understanding of UX principles, mobile-first and responsive design, and accessibility guidelines to create inclusive, user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
- Expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
