Your key responsibilities
Core
- Understand and support documentation of business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure ERP components align with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP CPM components, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for new features, configurations, technical fixes and enhancements.
- Provide support to the lead Product Manager in their interactions with business / finance stakeholders and the technical team, facilitating communication and ensuring mutual understanding of requirements and constraints.
- Support the product update and enhancement lifecycle with emphasis on demand, requirements, validation, and securing business signoff
- Support requirements review, validation activities, test case reviews, and user acceptance testing for new features rolling out across SAP CPM product suite
- Ensure that SAP components adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of SAP components in supporting business operations and report on their impact and ROI.
- Monitor impacts to other processes and products that may stem from changes they promote across the SAP CPM product suite
- Team with other technical teams and business stakeholders to manage/monitor functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle (through closure)
- Provide technical incident, service request, and problem tickets management oversight and prioritization
- Provides global, cross border major incident oversight and communicates status to the global business in a timely manner
- Adheres to SLA compliance for all workloads and re-prioritizes tickets if necessary
Skills and attributes for success
- 5+ years of experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, business development, and/or project systems management
- 5+ years of experience in SAP CPM solutions.
- Direct experience in supporting Engagement Maintenance operations for a global professional services organization (Big 4 experience preferred)
- SAP certification preferred
- History of working credibly with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications
- Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework and Machine learning

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
