Your Role

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to build pipeline and drive growth through alliances and OEM partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with existing OEMs and alliance partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance joint value propositions and coordinate efforts across sales and marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth within the ecosystem.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Execute regular opportunity reviews and forecasting to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team has the resources and support needed for success.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and revenue growth.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in OEM and Alliance sales, with a senior management background.
  • Strong knowledge of operating within a partner ecosystem and technology sales acumen.
  • Proficiency in compute and storage technologies.
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to partnership development.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and servant leadership.
