Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports (Team Leads), each managing 10–12 quality specialists.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
Operational Excellence
Build, track, and optimize team performance using metrics, dashboards, and quality checks.
Establish and enforce SOPs for handling data errors, tickets, and SLA management.
Ensure effective case management, triaging, and resolution aligned with business priorities.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key liaison between Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other functional teams.
Translate business data issues into actionable processes and solutions.
Work closely with the Senior Data Product Manager to ensure alignment on data governance and product standards.
Process & Tooling Improvement
Identify and implement tools, templates, and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
Champion initiatives that simplify workflows and enhance cross-functional transparency.
What We're Looking for:
Must-Have Qualifications & Skill set:
8+ years in operations, commercial data, or a similar role with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
Strong experience managing high-volume data operations or case management processes.
Proven ability to build structure, instil discipline, and drive performance in fast-paced environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to inspire and influence across teams.
