Talent Strategy & Management: Create and execute a thorough talent acquisition strategy for all the functions, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching business goals Partner with senior leadership & HRBPs across the organization to understand the current talent needs and plan for the future talent requirements. Partner with talent branding teams to develop and implement an employer branding strategy to attract top talent in the assigned space. Develop and maintain talent maps for all critical & senior roles. Lead and support the growth of a high-performing recruitment team by providing coaching and mentorship.
Hiring Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all the roles in the assigned BUs. Executing efficient strategies to source and evaluate top talent in the industry. Ensure the hiring funnel is efficient and any leakage is immediately addressed. Foster a strong relationship with external recruiting partners for optimal results.
Data & Analytics: Analyze the various leading and lagging metrics of talent acquisition and implement continuous improvement for the same. Develop insights from the data to help the org leaders in making effective hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience: Champion the cause of delivering a positive experience for all candidates interviewing with Meesho. Design SOPs, guidelines, audit controls and intervention mechanisms to improve the CExp scores month on month.
What You Will Need
Proven experience in delivering hiring outcomes for multiple teams.
Ability to plan, organize and efficiently executive multiple projects to deliver goals in a timely manner.A data driven mindset. Proven ability in driving perception building and decision making using complex data.
At least 8 years of work experience in talent acquisition with 2 years in a team management role.
Ability to mentor and coach TA teams, and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
Proven ability in managing senior stakeholders and in influencing using a blend of data and prior experience. A knack for technology - being adept with all the latest technology and trends in the space of recruiting.
