Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production, governance, quality and of the team
- Provide technical support for build & QA
- Support the team for troubleshooting and campaigns management
- Responsible for delivery SLAs, assignment to team members and smooth workflow execution
- Understand, manage and create forecast with inline capacity management and planning
- Ensure compliance, quality and timely delivery of campaigns
- Understand project details, track progress and manage iterations and changes in scope, timeline to ensure outcomes are delivered according to agreed brief and timelines
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations for high volume and fast turnaround results
- Document and evangelize best practices and governance policies
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 8 -10 years of overall experience; with a minimum of 2 years in people management
- 5+ years of Marketing automation experience
- Well versed in email or web development and should have knowledge in mobile responsive design
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and intermediate knowledge ofJS/JSON

- Pipeline management, time management and prioritization skills
