Key Responsibilities: • Execute Building Automation projects independently—Specifically, the candidate should be proficient in Control System software (DDC) programming and Control System SCADA/Graphics projects. Knowledge/exposure to automation platforms such as Niagara, Alerton or equivalent will be added advantage. 

 • Understand, Prepare and/ or execute. o Sequence of Operation o Control wiring diagrams o DDC Applications for HVAC equipment (AHU, VAV, FCU, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water Systems etc.) o Control System SCADA/Graphics o Control System Field Commissioning and deployment o Control System functional performance testing

• Review inputs, ensure scope clarity, and map customer expectations in actual deliverables. 

• Converse and communicate with the customers' representatives for project initiations, RFIs & project close-out. 

• Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects. 

• Act as technical interface to customers to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer requirements. 

• Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards. 

• Ability to work on Agile methodology 

• Able to verify the BMS Software deliverable. 

• Able to identify software performance issues as well as edge case scenario and report it effectively to lead. 

 • Should have capability to handle and execute multiple projects. 

• Build rapport with other cross-function teams ensuring smooth execution of projects. 

• Will groom other Engineers on Specific tasks. 

• Contributes/delivers up to 1850Hrs per annum of billable hours to projects.

YOU MUST HAVE  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering 

 • Work Experience: 4- 7 years’ Experience in one/more of the following industries: HVAC, Process Control, BMS Service, Energy. WE VALUE
