Responsibilities:

• Design & Prototyping. Build high-fidelity prototypes and advanced interactive design systems using Figma’s animation and interaction tools.
• Collaboration. Partner with designers, product managers, brand, and marketing leaders to create innovative animation strategies that elevate our product and brand communication.  
• Animation & Motion Design. Develop seamless, engaging animations to enhance user experience and visually convey product functionality. 
• Production Workflow. Work closely with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment and streamline production efficiency. 
• Studio-Quality Outputs. Deliver pixel-perfect, optimized designs for production, adhering to project timelines and maintaining the highest quality standards. 
• Innovation. Explore the possibilities within Figma to push creative boundaries, experiment with new interaction paradigms, and pioneer unique animation techniques. 
• Feedback Integration. Use user feedback, testing data, and team input to iterate on designs, ensuring continuous improvement and quality enhancement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in a Product Design role, with focus on innovation and delivering exceptional design outcomes.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Expert-level skills in advanced Figma tools, including animation, interaction, and presentation capabilities, with a portfolio of creating advanced prototypes.
• Experience in animation, editing, and compositing using AEUX, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Background in creating and maintaining robust design systems and production pipelines.
• Deep understanding of software product design, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) principles.
• Familiarity with video production processes and deliverables.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution in all deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams, driving results with clarity and transparency.
• Innovative mindset, with a track record of exploring diverse roles and delivering cutting-edge creative work.
• Has designed SaaS products. 
• An online portfolio is needed to showcase your design capabilities and achievements. Blogs: PDF/portfolio, URL, dribble or behance is required.
• Experience in frontend coding (UI) a major plus, as you will be in the design system team and will be working with software engineers
• Experience using real user data and analytics to inform smarter UX and visual design decisions is a major plus
