Job Description
What will you do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for open IT roles across various domains (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, UX, program management).
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and functional leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Proactively build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders through data-driven reporting and dashboards.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief coordination in collaboration with the recruiting operations team.
- Drive the offer management process, including compensation recommendations, negotiation, and closing.
- Ensure all data is accurately captured and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support compliance and background verification requirements in alignment with local and global policies.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and corporate environments.
- Proven track record of hiring across IT functions (e.g., DevOps, infrastructure, application development, data & analytics, cybersecurity).
- Experience working in a global organization with high-volume recruitment requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and applicant tracking systems (BrassRing preferred).
