Responsibilities
•    Spare Part set up in Oracle.
•    Item attributes update and cost submission
•    Ensure Item is transactable in all the globally.
•    Track Oracle shipments made to the warehouses.
•    Workflow maintenance
•    Monitoring of asset creation request via a queue in ERP.
•    Data extraction in excel 
•    Hands-on knowledge on ERP (SAP, SFDC & Oracle) is a plus.
•    Implement lean. 
•    Train the new hire for the Processing.
•    Update SOP of the Process on Quarterly Basis.
•    Dashboard data update.
•    Should be able to work on MS office tools.  
•    Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes.
•    Ready to take extra initiatives within team.
•    Should be able to adapt the changes.
•    Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies.
•    Respond to customer query through email, calls.
•    Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
•    Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
•    Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend when required)

•    Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

•    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Proficient in using MS Office.
•    Advanced excel would be preferred.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team. 
•    Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
