Lead research initiatives in generative AI, focusing on advancing state-of-the-art techniques
Design and implement novel architectures for generative models
Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate generative AI technologies into our products
Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation
Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals
Stay current with the latest developments in the field and identify new opportunities for innovation
What you will need
B.Tech in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with at least 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research
Deep understanding of transformer architectures, large language models, and diffusion models
Expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, and proficiency in Python
Experience leading research teams and mentoring junior researchers- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
M.Tech or Ph.D in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning
Experience with multi-modal generative models
Track record of successful research-to-product transitions
Experience with distributed computing and large-scale model training
Experience in large scale LLM Ops and optimizing LLMs for efficient inference
Strong publication record in top AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, KDD, CVPR, AAAI)
