As a Senior Project Manager for TaaS team, you would be required to;
- Act as a Product Owner and follow the Scrum process to plan and prioritize internal testing activities.
- Ensure the timely delivery of TCoE TaaS test deliverables across DHL DSC TCoE projects, regions, bundles, and domains to accelerate releases/patching with zero defect leakage.
- Prioritize the product backlog, gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure the product meets customer needs with sufficient test case coverage for each customer implementation.
- Communicate test cases with business and IT stakeholders and provide updates to key stakeholders.
- Address any roadblocks faced by the team.
- Review automation script progress and prioritize pending enhancements.
- Analyze defect trends and ensure critical issues are promptly addressed.
- Provide leadership with insights on test effectiveness.
- Review upcoming releases and regression testing needs.
- Align on sprint goals for testing and automation.
- Update Confluence or other documentation with key testing findings.
- Communicate any risks or blockers to leadership.
- Plan for upcoming product roadmap discussions.
- Continuously improve the testing approach and test automation framework while driving innovation in testing and test automation and evaluate new testing frameworks and technologies.
- Interact with different stakeholders to gather insights and improve the current test approach, ultimately enhancing application quality across customer projects.
- Plan, manage, and optimize test resources and budgets across all testing areas.
- Identify and define test resource requirements based on the global roadmap, projects, and business initiatives.

As a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner for TaaS, having Agile Testing Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Cloud DevOps & Test Automation Expertise will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a Testing Services aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Agile Testing Strategy & Test Cycle Management, Scrum & Team Management, Cross-Regional & Third-Party Integration Testing . You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
