Job Description

  • This position is located at a client site in Plano, TX or Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for Salesforce applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Document and report UAT findings, and work with developers to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years' experience.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and familiarity with UAT processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
