Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various functions to develop insights and analytic solutions for clients.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers for product, sales, risk, and operations decisions.
- Create data visualizations using existing tools or developing new ones, and enhance business dashboards.
- Implement processes and build tools to improve data access, extraction, and analysis efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to proactively identify and address business needs using analytics.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, ideally in the online payments industry.
- B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science, from a top school.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical software or programming languages like R or Python.
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization and BI tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguously defined problems, develop creative solutions, and meet challengin timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A team player who works well with teams across the company to achieve common goals.
