Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for the product’s growth. This includes developing technical/functional roadmaps and Go-to-Market strategy.

As part of the Product strategy team you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the product strategy, business plans for assigned product lines. You will come up with ideas for new products, fill gaps in our existing products and analyze the overall demands from the market – customers and competition movements.

Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product management experience in the past where either one or multiple products have been brought to the market and grown.

Will work with Executives and hence strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication are vital. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience in Managing Corporate Banking enterprise scale applications in the banking domain is a must.

Works closely with marketing and business development teams in defining and creating innovative industry-specific content, messages, concepts, sales plays and campaigns to influence revenue, while building share of voice and market.

Contributing to industry thought leadership by seeking out what’s already market hot, even as you explore the edges of technologies near and imagined, their capabilities and industry-specific possibilities, means and methods. Should be conversant in engaging with industry bodies, analysts and other external forum/influencers on a regular basis.

Strengthening internal customer and stakeholder relationships by bringing what they need to your team that we can better serve a broad and global sales constituency.

Should be recognized for your own subject matter expertise and as a compelling and articulate thought leader in your own right for retail banking topics across Loans, Accounts, Deposits, Payments, Digital Banking.

Help in the budgeting cycle as well as senior management engagements representing the products owned. Be responsible for the commercial success of your products.

White paper and webinar development, monthly newsletters and weekly feeds, blogs and tweets to promote the product in coordination with the marketing team.
