Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Looking for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of corporate experience in business analysis or project management within HR. This role involves supporting HR initiatives, improving processes, and assisting with strategic HR projects.

Analyse HR data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in planning and executing HR projects.
• Track project progress and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Support HR leadership in enhancing employee engagement and performance.
• Help implement new HR systems and processes.


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 1-2 years of corporate experience in business analysis or project management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR tools.
